Eversheds has hired a new partner for its real estate litigation team in London.

Theklas Fellas joins the firm’s London office on April 1 in the real estate litigation practice. She joins from Fladgate where she was head of real estate litigation.

Fellas’ specialism is “Telecoms Code” disputes and has recently acted on the first redevelopment case under the new code regulating the relationship between landlords and occupants.

Her addition to the real estate team brings Eversheds’ team to 14 partners and 60 full time lawyers.
