IPH Limited acquires AJ Park
New Zealand’s leading IP specialist AJ Park has joined the holding company IPH Limited. IPH purchased the firm for $66.1million NZD ($34 million USD). This will be the first patent attorney firm to be acquired as a result of the amendment to the New Zealand’s Patents Act 2013.

Rouse promotions
