IPH Limited acquires AJ Park
New Zealand’s leading IP specialist AJ Park has joined the holding company IPH Limited. IPH purchased the firm for $66.1million NZD ($34 million USD). This will be the first patent attorney firm to be acquired as a result of the amendment to the New Zealand’s Patents Act 2013.
Rouse promotions
IP specialist firm Rouse has promoted 24 new equity executives globally including IP manager Mary Man in the Hong Kong office and trade mark attorney Hatty Cui in the Beijing office. The promotions come as part of a larger plan to exploit new emerging markets.
