Former Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas principal associates Rohan Batra and Reena Choudhary have co-founded disputes outfit, R&R Law Chambers in New Delhi.
The new firm focuses on complex and high-value commercial disputes with a speciality in in-house advocacy. Batra and Choudhary are experienced in commercial domestic and international arbitration.
Its associate Mumbai office will handle transactions and corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining SAM, Batra worked in the tax litigation department of Economic Laws Practice, while Choudhary was a law clerk with a former Chief Justice of India.
