Withers has hired two new commercial disputes specialists to add its dispute resolution practice in Asia.

Soo Khim Keoy joins the firm from Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong where he worked as a commercial disputes partner. Amarjit Kaur joins the firm from Morgan Lewis Stamford in Singapore, where she led the employment and global mobility practice as a dispute resolution partner.

Keoy advises MNCs, C-level executives, Hong Kong-listed companies and financial institutions in multi-jurisdictional commercial, corporate and insolvency disputes in courts and before arbitral tribunals. He also assisted clients in investigations involving the Securities and Futures Commission and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Kaur advises on litigation and international arbitration matters. She has represented Fortune 500 companies and ultra-high net worth individuals in disputes related to corporate insolvency, shareholder, employment, large-scale professional negligence, and construction.
