The group’s corporate and commercial litigation practice is well rounded, covering securities laws, insolvency and bankruptcy law, insurance law, writ petitions, and contentious commercial transactions and real estate matters, before various legal forums in the country.
The disputes team is led by managing partner RS Loona and includes partner Ankur Loona and associate partner Aparna Wagle.
After the securities regulator suspended the licences of many commodities brokers in India, the Alliance Law team represented IIFL Commodities before the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
