He is currently serving as lead counsel to an El Salvadorean subsidiary of Walmart, following an in-store fire that led to a claim of damages by company OD El Salvador, Limitada de Capital Variable. Though a final resolution is still pending, the Chamber of Appeals dismissed the claim in January of this year for a total of approximately $1.8 million in what was a favorable outcome for Walmart.
