Kina Chuturkova is a key partner in the firm and is head of the dispute resolution practice group. She also led the majority of the cases during the research period.
Case highlights for the firm include representing Ideal Standard – Vidima in a tax litigation case following the appeal of an administrative tax decision. In a case representing Eurobank Bulgaria the firm is defending the bank against claims of alleged violations by the bank of rights of consumers. In another banking case the firm is representing IIIBank and its local subsidiary OT7 in complex civil legal actions and bankruptcy proceedings.
In August 2018 Boyko Voynov retired from the dispute resolution team.
