Litigation case

This related to the continuation of a patent infringement case. In this case, we represented the client as plaintiff. We collected effective evidence of infringing acts and then filed the suit with Shanghai IP Court. The defendant filed an invalidation request against our client’s patent with the Patent Reexamination Board of CNIPA. Through our hard work and great efforts, we successfully defended the validity of the patent before the PRB, and applied the doctrine of equivalents and got a relatively high amount of damages for the client.
