Dispute resolution remains a core area of work for Cohen & Gresser. The firm regularly handles cases in commercial, tax and financial litigation. Loïc Henriot, Johannes Jonas, Angéline Duffour, Muriel Goldberg-Darmon, Franck Le Mentec and Guillaume Seligmann are all key partners in the firm.
The firm represented Grant Thorton in a case concerning breach of fiduciary duty; the case was brought before the Court of Appeal in Paris in 2019. The firm is also representing NSIA Banque en Côte D’Ivoire in a cross-border litigation and disputes relating to financial contracts in connection with a €6 million claim relating to a deed of transfer of a €38m claim vis à vis the state of Côte d’Ivoire.
