The firm is representing JAC Group and cooperating with the EU to ensure a smooth investigation process.
The firm is also representing YF Technology Corporation (Thailand) in response to a US investigation regarding Thailand's alleged circumvention of anti-dumping orders on China on collated staples. The firm has been actively assisting the client throughout the entire process of the review conducted by the US Department of Commerce. This includes preparing and submitting various questionnaires, providing comments on surrogate countries and price data, responding to verification requests, and compiling case summaries and relevant materials. So far, the anti-circumvention inquiry proceedings for YF Technology Corporation have been progressing smoothly and in an organised manner.
