Case highlights for the firm during the research period include representing Universal spa in civil and enforcement proceedings against the former executive director of the company regarding his fraudulent actions. In another case the firm is representing a Russian entrepreneur in extradition proceedings regarding the alleged crime of fraud to the Russian Federation. The client denies all the charges and is trying to avoid being extradited to Russia. Dentons are also representing the defrauded shareholders of Technopol Servis in criminal proceedings regarding a claim for damages that was caused by the fraud.
