Dzungsrt lawyers were directly involved in drafting the current law on commercial arbitration and contributed significantly to the 2017 Rules of Arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center. They also assisted in the drafting of the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration and sections of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code and by-laws guiding these statutes. Senior partner Manh Dzung Nguyen is the only Vietnamese member at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and a highly respected figure on the local arbitration scene. He is currently serving his third term as the only Vietnamese ICC court member to date.
