In intellectual property, the team represented Tsuburaya in filing and handling copyright litigation and liaised with foreign legal experts for foreign legal opinions in support of the Chinese litigations. Also, it advised Intel in the two patent infringement suits initiated by VLSI. This case is one of most high-stakes cases in patent field worldwide.
