Georgiou Partnership was established in April 2024 following the restructuring of Georgiou Payne Stewien. With the departure of the corporate practice and co-founding partners, the firm now focuses exclusively on dispute resolution. The firm is noted for its experience in handling high-value and complex commercial litigation. The firm is led by managing partner Phillip Georgiou and partners Randall Arthur and Kareena Teh. In the area of international arbitration, the firm is currently handling high-value arbitration and litigation proceedings arising from the termination of EPC contracts for gas projects in Russia due to Western sanctions.
