In a Singapore International Commercial Court matter, Pardi and his team represented an Indonesian coal mining company in a claim filed by a foreign party concerning breach of a joint venture agreement.
In a landmark suit, the largest ever in the country’s history relating to a reclamation project, the firm continues to counsel several large-scale project developers in their disputes against a regional government in relation to reclamation permits. There is over $715 million at stake and the case is currently at the appeal stage.
