During the research period, Jincheng Tongda Shanghai represented CITIC Capital Cultural Tourism (Chengdu) in an equity transfer dispute case against an individual; it represented Minsheng Canada Bank Fund Management in a corporate debt dispute litigation case against Anhui Foreign Economic Construction; and it also represented Sinopec Shanghai Petroleum Sales branch in an administrative investigation of abuse of market dominance by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
