In commercial and transactions, the firm is actively involved in representing Neutrovis, a facemask supplier formerly known as Maystar Beauty, in a commercial litigation suit against a Chinese company, which is currently in progress in China. Additionally, the firm is providing defence in another case where an individual is being sued by a property developer. This lawsuit stems from the termination of multiple sales and purchase agreements due to the developer's failure to meet construction and completion deadlines.
