The Federal Court of Malaysia addressed 11 legal questions in two appeals. Key issues included the principles of natural justice regarding client testimony, liability determination for redacted confidential information, available reliefs and damages in a breach of confidence case, and the reinstatement of a $10.1 million general damages award.
