Jonathan Mok Legal is an independent boutique law firm focusing on family disputes and private wealth-related matters for Hong Kong tycoons and ultra-high-net-worth families. The firm is particularly known for advising high-net-worth clients in disputes arising from divorce, custody and financial claims, as well as inheritance.
The firm is led by principal partner Jonathan Mok, who focuses on high-profile family disputes as well as criminal defence, regulatory compliance, and debt recovery litigation.

The firm ceased practice in November 2022 and has merged with Karas So in association with Mishcon de Reya, a disputes and investigations practice focusing on matters arising from corporate collapses, audit and other professional negligence, shareholder disputes and commercial fraud. It will also build a private wealth practice, leveraging expertise from Mishcon de Reya’s highly respected private offering.
