Case highlights for the firm include advising Beka in a dispute between the client and Lindarvatn which arose when Beka terminated their agreement with Lindarvatn. The firm also assisted Thi Thao Bui a Vietnamese resident that had her Icelandic residence permit denied by the Directorate of Immigration. This was due to the Directorate of Immigration suspecting the marriage was a convenience. The firm also acted on behalf on Savings Bank Association and the Savings Bank of Austurland who sold their shares in RB to Mentis. A shareholder disputed the sale claiming it exercised the right of first refusal.
