Another IP case had the firm representing The Lego Group in a criminal conviction against an individual and his company in Shanghai for counterfeiting service marks. The case was inducted into the ‘Top 11 model cases on IP protection and innovation-driven development released by the Supreme People's Procuratorate’ and ‘2021 Top 10 IP protection model cases of Shanghai courts’.
