Phuoc & Partners has been a presence in the legal market for nearly two decades. On the disputes side, the firm is noted for its strengths in contentious employment and tax matters. The practice handles up to 150 new cases per year, with the majority being labour-related disputes but also fanning out across tax, real estate, banking, intellectual property and other commercial matters.
The disputes team is led by managing partner Phuoc Nguyen Huu and senior partner Thu Duong Tieng. Both specialise in contentious tax and labour matters. Clients of the firm include AIA, Bosch, Bayer, Cargill, DHL, Fulbright University Vietnam Corporation, GS25 Vietnam, Intel, Lazada and Maersk.
