The practice handles up to 150 new cases per year, with the majority being labour-related disputes but also fanning out across tax, real estate, banking, intellectual property and other commercial matters.
The disputes team is led by managing partner Phuoc Nguyen Huu and senior partner Thu Duong Tieng. Both specialise in contentious tax and labour matters. Its leadership is rounded out by commercial disputes specialists and partners Ly Truong My, Hien Truong Thi and Trinh Ngo Thi Kim.
In a recent highlight, the firm represented a Vietnamese employee in a wrongful termination labour contract case against their employer. In another case, two Vietnamese employees instructed the firm for an unfair dismissal case against their former employer, a representative office of a foreign company.
