The firm has been busy recently acting for Grab Indonesia in an IT and IP dispute related to the unauthorised use of copyright materials. The team also represented Diebold Nixdorf Indonesia in a commercial dispute against its former distributor. Arghani Boga Sejahtera enlisted the team for its contract dispute against Prima Dwimitra over the defendant’s failure to construct a breeding facility for aquaculture.
On the IP side, the team acted for Egypt-based Orient Group in a trademark cancellation action against an Indonesian company. It also represented Caberg, an Italian manufacturer, in a trademark cancellation action against an Indonesian company at the Commercial Court of Jakarta.
