Case highlights include acting for Korean telecommunications company KT Corporation in an US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) FCPA investigation; acting for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in a anti-corruption investigation focused on alleged misconduct in multiple jurisdictions; and representing a telecommunications company and individual officers in an anti-corruption investigation by the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
