In a landmark case that that resolved the issue of conflict regarding application of patent and competition laws, the Singh & Singh team represented clients Ericsson and Monsanto in their cases against the competition regulator, CCI. The Delhi High Court rendered its judgment in the summer of 2023 in favour of both clients, holding that provisions of the Patents Act would prevail on the issue of exercise of rights by a patentee under the Patents Act.
