The team recently represented Movements Digital India before the Delhi High Court against an order from the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting refusing permission to the client to shift its channel from a US satellite to an Indian one. This is the leading matter in the Indian media industry as 175 channels have been refused permission to migrate from USA satellite to Indian satellite, resulting in a substantial loss of revenue.
