Managing partner Chun Yee (Kelvin) Ng, formerly the co-founder of Vin & Isaac Lee, leads the firm’s construction team. He has vast experience in dispute resolution, notably in construction law, along with adjudication and arbitration. Other key figures include partner Sze Ying Lee.
In the construction space, the firm is acting on behalf of a main contractor in a RM4 million ($0.83 million) adjudication and arbitration proceedings against a subcontractor who is a public listed company in Malaysia. Additionally, they are also representing another main contractor in a RM9.3 million dispute with their subcontractor. This dispute involves the beautification and rehabilitation of the Malacca River project.
