The court issued multiple injunctions to prevent the sellers from disposing of shares and confirmed the validity of the agreement, leading to a favourable ruling for the client. The team also scored success in securing a victory for eight groups, including major affiliates of LG and Hyundai, in a lawsuit filed by the K-Sports Foundation regarding the non-existence of debt. The ruling clarified the legal standing of contributions made to non-profit organizations and established a precedent for the treatment of debts in similar contexts, especially following significant political events.
