Agnès is Co-head of US Securities & Shareholder Litigation. Agnès is a leading securities litigator whose practice spans high-stakes securities class actions, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory investigations. She serves as a trusted advisor to investment banks, corporate issuers, directors, and officers, regularly representing them in major securities matters across the country. Her investigative work includes matters involving the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, and various banking and state regulatory authorities. She has also represented clients in antitrust litigation and provides strategic counsel to clients in matters involving transactions and financing.
In addition to her recognition by Benchmark Litigation as “Litigation Star” and one of the “Top 250 Women in Litigation”, Agnès has been consistently recognized by Chambers for securities litigation and has earned accolades such as “Leading Partner” in Securities Litigation Defense from Legal 500, a “Leading Litigator in America” by Lawdragon, and was named North America Securities Lawyer of the Year in the IFLR Women in Business Law Awards 2025.
Agnès previously served as a law clerk to Judge Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Kimba M. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
