David is a partner in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice, based in New York. David represents clients in complex commercial disputes, criminal and civil fraud actions, and bankruptcy litigation, often when these disputes involve cross-border issues. David’s practice spans a broad range of substantive areas, including breach of contract and business tort disputes, arbitration-related litigation, antitrust, bankruptcy, intellectual property and securities claims. He has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from initial investigations through jury trials.
As a fluent Russian speaker, David has also been deeply involved with advising Freshfields’ top multinational clients on cross-border contractual issues related to the exit of Russian business operations.
