Amanda Flug Davidoff is the Managing Partner of S&C’s Washington, D.C. office and Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm’s Litigation Group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations, with a focus on securities and antitrust class actions, regulatory litigation and government enforcement matters. Ms. Davidoff’s has secured major victories for leading companies in their most high-profile disputes. She represented Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche in securing the dismissal—upheld on appeal—of two antitrust class actions filed by direct and indirect purchasers of German vehicles. She also represented BP in multi-district class action alleging antitrust and Commodity Exchange Act claims stemming from alleged overseas manipulation of Brent Crude Oil; the dismissal was affirmed by the Second Circuit.
Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Davidoff frequently handles matters connected to Latin America and regularly advises clients in cross-border litigation and enforcement actions.
She has been recognized as a “Litigation Star” in D.C. in multiple practice areas by Benchmark Litigation (2022-2025). She is ranked in Securities, Competition/Antitrust, Appellate, General Commercial Litigation, and Class Action. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.
