Anders Forss is the Co-Head of Castrén & Snellman’s dispute resolution practice. He represents corporations across various business sectors in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings governed by Finnish and international arbitration rules as well as in domestic and cross-border litigation cases.
He has advised clients in a large number of complex business disputes relating to, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, energy, financing, construction and engineering, IT and telecommunications, product liability, sale of goods and distribution and agency.
Anders is also frequently appointed as arbitrator both by parties and by arbitration institutes such as the FAI and SCC.
Anders serves as the secretary of the Finnish Arbitration Association.
