Andrew’s recent trial work includes winning a more than $1 billion judgment in favor of UBS in a breach of contract/fraud suit against Highland Capital Management and its related funds, defeating the first-ever litigated automotive emissions recall case for Toyota, obtaining a jury award of $16 million in damages on behalf of Toptal while defeating claims of over $200 million brought against the company; achieving a $2.4 million jury trial win for Touradji Capital Management following a $90 million trial loss handled by other counsel.  Andrew also won a jury verdict rejecting over 95% of a $1.3 billion claim brought against Puma Biotechnology, in one of only a handful of securities fraud cases over the last 20 years to go to jury verdict. and won a precedent-setting victory after a five-week trial in a Voting Rights Act case that restored voting power to minority communities.  

Andrew has also achieved a series of transformative pre-trial victories for such marquee clients as Meta, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, fuboTV, Peloton, Verizon, General Motors, Raytheon, Twitter/X, Teva, Carvana, PMI, and Peloton. He has won dismissal of one of the largest securities class actions ever filed, as well as achieving a dismissal that is now essentially the blueprint for high-demand-due-to-pandemic securities matters. Andrew is at the forefront of litigation and regulatory matters in cutting-edge areas of law, including representing multiple household-name clients in the various litigation brought by FTX investors stemming from their promotion of the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange.
