Bradley Freedman is Senior Counsel in BLG’s Vancouver office. He focuses his practice on cybersecurity/data protection, privacy, information technology, intellectual property, internet/e-commerce, and related matters. Bradley advises clients in negotiating, structuring, and documenting commercial transactions and business arrangements, and acts as counsel in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Bradley is recognized as a leading lawyer for information technology law, intellectual property law, and privacy and data security law by the foremost legal rankings publications, including Chambers Canada and Chambers Global, the Best Lawyers in Canada (Lawyer of the Year in 2021), and Benchmark Litigation Canada (Litigation Star since 2015). He is also a frequent author and presenter on technology, privacy, and cybersecurity issues.
