Brian is a Partner in BLG’s Calgary office specializing in Labour and Employment law and Business Immigration law. He is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). Brian works with clients to fulfill their business immigration needs such as helping clients with Canadian work permit, permanent residence, citizenship and other applications. In his employment law practice, he has primarily assisted employers with the negotiation of severance packages, wrongful dismissal lawsuits, employment standards and human rights complaints, employment agreements, disability and accommodation, progressive discipline and other employment-related matters. Brian is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2001.
