Cole is a partner at Tyr LLP focusing on all forms of contentious intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and licensing disputes. He takes a practical, results-oriented approach to high-stakes litigation.
Cole represents a wide variety of clients including those in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, technology, and consumer goods industries. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Before joining Tyr LLP, Cole was an associate at Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP, focusing exclusively on intellectual property litigation. Prior to law school, Cole worked in the pharmaceutical industry and in healthcare advertising.
