Danielle’s practice includes shareholder disputes, securities disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, oppression claims, class actions, injunctions, civil fraud, and defamation. With a track record of prosecuting and defending claims at trial and on appeal, Danielle has appeared before all levels of court as well as arbitrations and administrative tribunals. She has particular expertise in commercial list proceedings.
Danielle has been recognized among the most accomplished next generation lawyers and was recognized as Lexpert’s Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40 2024. She is recognized by leading legal directories including the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and the Best Lawyers in Canada. Danielle is a regular speaker on civil procedure and anti-SLAPP legislation and has taught at Osgoode Hall law school.
