David is a founding partner in Roy O’Connor LLP, a litigation boutique in Toronto. Prior to his decision to form the boutique firm, he was a partner in a large national law firm. His practice is focused on commercial and class action litigation (both defence and plaintiff side). David was named as one of the finalists for the Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada in 2015 and again in 2016, as nominated in Canadian Lawyer magazine. He was most recently named as the Canadian Plaintiff Litigator of the Year (2023) by Benchmark Canada. He was previously recognized by Benchmark as a finalist for Canadian Class Action Litigator/Plaintiff Counsel of the Year in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
