• Winning Patent Claw-back litigation and recovering 6 key patents for a global industrial company. Claw-back cases are rare and difficult to win as they require clear evidence connecting the patents to be clawed back with the plaintiff ’s business and the former employee’s work duties.
  
  
• Implementing a china-wide project to de-register / force a name change of companies, the names of which misused the brand and trademarks of a global bank. The project involved a range of remedies from negotiation and mediation, through to administrative enforcement and litigation.
  
  
• Defending a global manufacturing company against patent infringement claims by a competitor, leading to a full vindication of the client by China’s Supreme People’s Court and invalidation of the meritless patents.
