Fanny specializes in Dispute Resolution and Administrative law, with experience in Corporate and Commercial matters.
She’s an outstanding adviser for companies of significant relevance on national and international level, her work holds on to ethics and quality principles, which are fundamental to achieve the closure of several clients’ projects in a transcendent and successfull way.
Fanny’s day-to-day work is based on three main pillars:
- Court and arbitration proceedings;
- Counseling in labor, civil and commercial matters; and
- Coordination and attention of administrative processes, contentious and non-contentious.
She coordinates the litigation and arbitration department of Arias in Honduras; she has advised national and international companies of commercial and financial relevance and counselling banks and financial institutions in credit structuring. Her comprehensive approach towards clients allows her to anticipate legal issues regarding their business before they arise.
Fanny holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) with emphasis in Commercial Law and a Master´s degree in International Business Law from Barcelona University.
