Jenny Francis is a leading litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in British Columbia. An experienced litigator with broad commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory work experience, she has developed a robust practice focused on resolving complex business disputes. Her practice encompasses contractual disputes, shareholder litigation and general commercial litigation. Jenny provides her clients with the practical and strategic advice required to deal with their most difficult issues.
Jenny’s clients span a diverse range of industries and include corporations, shareholders and professionals. She uses her experience and sound judgment to help her clients successfully navigate complex problems. Jenny gives back to the profession and the community. She is an Adjunct Professor in trial advocacy at the University of British Columbia (2016-present) and previously taught Civil Procedure (2008-2012).
