  • A trust loan contract dispute between CITIC Trust and Tianjin Sunac and other companies, with a subject matter of approximately RMB 1 billion, has resulted in an effective judgment and entered into enforcement proceedings. The case involved the local policy of guaranteeing the delivery of buildings, and included the payment of trust fund and its nature, the validity of guarantee, the prior work payment and other key issues, as well as valuation objection and review. The lawyers conducted long-term communication with the trial court, the local law enforcement agency, the local construction committee, the real estate registration center, the appraisal agency and other parties, and successfully promoted the case. The case has now entered the judicial disposal process.
  • A trust contract dispute between a trust and a real estate group in Chengdu, with a subject matter of approximately RMB 250 million. The case included both litigation representation and non-litigation services, and the two parties negotiated a debt repayment plan for nearly two years due to the private sale of the mortgaged assets, which involved mass public opinion and strong intervention by the local government. The case has recently reached a first-instance judgment, and the debt repayment plan has basically been agreed upon.
  • Represented a Beijing-based fund in multiple disputes over fund investment contracts involving its investors. These cases featured significant project stakes and complex transactional arrangements. Through legal representation, all cases concluded with favorable outcomes, including settlement and withdrawal of lawsuits or dismissal of claims.
  • A company in Yunnan v. CITIC Bank Beijing Branch and a fund company in a fund investment contract dispute, the subject matter of which amounted to approximately RMB 30 million and the client was CITIC Bank Beijing Branch. The case involved the interference of other transactions between the fund company and the investor outside the investment in the fund project, the dispute involved a complex distribution and debt relationship, and ultimately the fund company was 70% liable while the bank was completely exempted from liability."
