Michael N. Kreitzer co-chairs the Miami Trial Practice at Greenberg Traurig. A trial lawyer for over 35 years, and Board Certified in Business Litigation, he represents local, national, and international businesses and their leadership teams in resolving their most consequential commercial disputes. His practice is concentrated in business-to-business disputes involving enforcement of contractual agreements, the sale and lease of commercial real estate and large-scale residential developments, disputes arising from and amongst business partners, stockholders and members of LLC’s, and decisions of corporate boards regarding the control and operation of the business, and disputes related to merger and acquisition transactions. Michael also represents land developers and contractors in construction related disputes, and matters related to the enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property rights. He appears regularly in both state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Florida and throughout the United States.
