Mingze Jiang

Mr Jiang’s main practice area is dispute resolution in civil & commercial, financial and real estate cases covering a broad range of subject matters including company equity, investment & financing, private equity fund, banking finance, real estate and construction, on behalf of clients like JD group, Suning Tesco, Minmetals Group, Maoyan Entertainment and a number of leading private equity funds, principal banks and other financial institutions.

Mr. Jiang has been concentrating in the area of dispute resolution for over ten years and has acted for dozens of well-known state enterprises and multinational corporations in complicated commercial litigation cases before the Chinese Supreme Court, Shanghai High Court and Shanghai Financial Court, and has dealt with sophisticated arbitration cases before CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC and HKIAC.

• Represented JD Group in M&A disputes before CIETAC, with the disputed amount exceeding RMB 300 million;
• Represented Maoyan Group, the largest movie ticketing platform in China, in equity investment disputes;
• Represented Eton Real Estate in disputes related to the construction contract of the highest building in Dalian, with the disputed amount exceeding RMB 6 billion;
• Represented China Minmetals Group and its Singapore subsidiary in international trade disputes, with the disputed amount exceeding USD 100 million;
