Priyanka Timblo is a nationally-recognized trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration on both sides of the “v.” She has secured eight-and nine-figure judgments on behalf of her clients, in bench and jury trials.

Priyanka is a generalist trial lawyer, though she has particular experience in antitrust and breach of contract disputes. She is skilled at crafting case narratives, developing trial strategy from the outset of a case, and preparing and examining witnesses.

Priyanka currently serves as trial counsel for videogame distribution company Valve Corporation, defending against mass arbitrations brought under the antitrust laws. She is also on the trial team representing Visa in its defense against claims brought by several of the country’s largest retailers, who are challenging the rules at the foundation of the modern payment card industry under the antitrust laws.

In April 2024, Priyanka won a $101.2 million jury verdict against Walmart in a breach of contract case. She served as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff, London Luxury. The case was tried over 10 days in Walmart’s hometown in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the jury verdict is one of the largest ever achieved in Arkansas. In March of this year, a federal judge affirmed the verdict. Priyanka examined five of the witnesses at trial. Along with her co-lead, Priyanka was named Litigator of the Week by The American Lawyer for the victory. The National Law Journal also named Priyanka as a finalist for the National Winning Litigators Award, and Benchmark Litigation recognized the victory with an Impact Case Award in 2025.

Priyanka previously won a $69.8 million award on behalf of investment fund Melody Business Finance involving loans defaulted on by former hedge fund billionaire Philip Falcone, taking the direct examination of the key witness at the damages inquest. The resulting decision awarded Melody approximately 99% of the maximum amount it sought in its complaint, including attorneys’ fees.

She has also represented Valassis Communications, a MacAndrews & Forbes company, in a jury trial in the Southern District of New York involving a massive antitrust claim against News Corp., in which she examined a key witness.

Priyanka is frequently sought as a speaker on antitrust issues. In 2023 and 2024, Priyanka presented at the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting, the world’s largest gathering of antitrust and competition lawyers.

Priyanka has won national recognition for her trial work. In 2025, she was named by Bloomberg Law as one of 32 “Unrivaled Litigators” nationwide, an award recognizing “winning trial lawyers at the top of their game” who “lead the legal profession in high-stakes and impactful trials.” Priyanka has also been named a Rising Star by The New York Law Journal; a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation; and Litigator of the Week by The American Lawyer. She was also recognized in Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40,” and was named in the 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list.

Priyanka serves on Holwell Shuster & Goldberg’s Hiring Committee, where she plays a lead role in hiring the next generation of high-stakes litigators.

Priyanka previously was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and clerked for the Hon. Eileen Gillese and the Hon. Sarah Pepall of the Court of Appeal for Ontario
