For more than 35 years, Robin Harrison’s practice has focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in trials and arbitrations and in the resolution of business disputes outside of those proceedings. He has extensive experience handling cases involving breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud and misrepresentation, and professional liability disputes.

Mr. Harrison is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is recognized as a “Leading Individual in Texas Litigation” by Chambers and Partners and in Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation. He also has been recognized by Thomson Reuters every year since 2004, by inclusion on its “Texas Super Lawyers” listing, including being named one of the top 100 lawyers in Houston in 2018 and 2019. In addition, the National Trial Lawyers Association has selected him a member of its Top 100 Trial Lawyers list. He holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale- Hubbell.

Mr. Harrison acted as co-counsel on behalf of the plaintiffs’ class in the Enron Corp. ERISA class action, recovering more than $235 million for the class members. He represented a private equity firm as plaintiff in a suit arising out of the failed acquisition of an electrical equipment company, obtaining a jury verdict recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the largest verdicts of the year. Recently, he represented an oil and gas equipment manufacturer as co-counsel in an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration proceeding seated in Paris, successfully defending the company against delay and lost profits claims of more than $1.7 billion alleged by a Middle East joint venture.

Mr. Harrison is a member of the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served as a director of the Litigation Section of the Houston Bar Association and a director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Harrison is also an active contributor to publications and a speaker at continuing legal education conferences of the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association.
