Sarmad M. Khojasteh is a partner in the Business Litigation practice group. He focuses on the resolution of complex business disputes over a broad range of substantive areas, including securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and general commercial disputes. He regularly practices before federal and state courts throughout the nation and has extensive experience counseling clients in high-stakes business disputes. His clients include public and private companies, private equity and other investment firms, partnerships, and individuals in industries including financial services, real estate, pharmaceuticals, insurance, media, technology, and manufacturing.
