Senthil is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.
Senthil’s main area of practice is in litigation and arbitration with particular experience in handling commercial disputes including those of maritime and aviation, international trade and commodities, manufacturing, onshore and offshore construction, joint ventures and civil fraud.
Senthil has also advised clients on restructuring and insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors’ duties, employment disputes and sports law matters. Senthil is also regularly engaged in matters requiring urgent relief such as injunctions and search orders and has been appointed as supervising solicitor in relation to search orders on several occasions.
Senthil has appeared before all levels of the Singapore courts as well as in arbitrations involving international disputes under the rules and auspices of arbitration institutions such as SIAC, SCMA, LCIA and ICC.
