Sigrid was named a Litigator of the Year by the American Lawyer, one of the Top 10 Women in Litigation by Benchmark Litigation, a finalist for Florida Attorney of the Year by the Daily Business Review and Lawyer of the Year in International Arbitration by the Daily Business Review. Sigrid has made appearances on Netflix, Lifetime, 60 Minutes, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and Fox, and her work has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. She has a proven record of success in handling complex litigation cases throughout the country, including a number of successful appeals. An avid advocate for her clients, Sigrid has successfully litigated numerous class actions, international arbitrations, trust disputes, intellectual property issues, and high-stakes commercial disputes. 


Sigrid has dedicated years to the
pro bono representation of survivors of sex trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, securing wins that have brought some degree of justice to the victims while shining a spotlight on the importance of holding perpetrators accountable. In February 2022, she handled the high-profile settlement between Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew. Most recently, she filed complaints against JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank for allegedly enabling Epstein’s sex trafficking ring, ultimately securing settlements from JPMorgan Chase of $290 million and Deutsche Bank of $75 million. She was also involved in a landmark case that was before the U.S. Supreme Court twice–both times resulting in a $100 million dollar settlement, in the case of Halliburton Co. v. Erica P. John Fund, Inc.


Sigrid is committed to public service and serves on the Board of Directors of ChildNet, which is the organization designated by the State of Florida to manage the protection of neglected and abused children in Broward County, serves on the Board of Directors of the Jack & Jill Children’s Center, and has performed pro bono work in the area of sexual trafficking and abuse. 


Sigrid is one of the Managing Partners of the firm and is actively involved in running the day-to-day operations of Boies Schiller Flexner. Sigrid is also member of the firm’s Executive Committee involved in all high-level strategic decisions of the firm.
