Ms. Siyu LIU’s practice areas mainly focus on development, construction and financing of cross-border construction projects. Ms. LIU has provided legal consulting and dispute resolution services to international and domestic owners and contractors across various sectors such as energy, petrochemical, infrastructure, real estate, pharmaceuticals, etc. for investment, financing and contracting matters in the Belt and Road projects and other cross-border projects, and has represented clients in international construction and commercial arbitration cases before ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, CIETAC, etc. Before joining DeHeng, Ms. Siyu LIU has worked for several other prestigious international and local law firms specializing in legal services in construction sectors.

• Provided legal services for Jinggong International in three construction dispute international arbitration cases for a stadium of the Qatar World Cup 2022 before ICC (the cases were awarded with the 2023 Deal of the Year by China Business Law Journal)
